Monique (née LeBlanc) Gallant, 57, of Cormier-Village, passed away on September 14, 2018 at the Dr. Georges-L.-Dumont UHC. Born on August 23, 1961 in Moncton, she was the daughter of the late Emery and Eléonore (née Hébert) LeBlanc.
Monique enjoyed travelling, camping and spending time with her friends and family, especially her pride and joy, Callie.
She is survived by her husband Léonard; her two sons: Pierre and Daniel (Emily) both of Cormier-Village; her sisters: Sylvia Cormier (Francis), Jacqueline Goguen (Laurent) and Nicole Gallant (Kevin) all of Saint-André-LeBlanc; one brother, Emery Jr. (Angela) of Dieppe; one granddaughter, Callie; many nieces, nephews and cousins.
She was predeceased by her father, Emery.
There will be no visiting hours at the funeral home. The funeral mass will be celebrated at the Sainte-Thérèse-d’Avila R.C. church, 2648 Acadie Rd, Cap-Pelé on Tuesday, September 18, 2018 at 10:30 am. Monique’s final resting place will be in the Frenette Funeral and Cremation Centre’s, columbarium in Shediac.
In lieu of flowers a donation to the CHU Dumont Foundation, would be appreciated by the family.
