Dosithé Cormier, 64, of Shediac and formerly of Bas-Cap-Pelé passed away on Wednesday, December 5th, 2018 at his residence. Born in Cap-Pelé on December 2nd, 1954, he was the son of the late Albénie D.T. and Adéline (Vautour) Cormier.
He worked at the Glass factory in Scoudouc for 25 years.
He is survived by three brothers: Eric (Ella) of Barachois, Évariste (Yvette) of Boudreau Ouest and Jean A. of Bas-Cap-Pelé; two sisters: Diana Clarke (Don) of Mississauga, ON, and Marcelline Nowlan (Ron) of Moncton, as well as many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Besides his parents, he was predeceased by a brother, Odias and a sister, Yvrette Duguay.
The family will receive condolences at Frenette Funeral and Cremation Centre, 2642 Acadie Road, Cap-Pelé (577-3297) on Sunday, December 9th from 2 to 4 pm and Monday, from 9:30 am until time of departure. The funeral mass will be celebrated at the Ste-Thérèse-d’Avila R. C. church, 2648 Acadie Road, Cap-Pelé on Monday, December 10th, 2018 at 10:30 am.
In memory of Dosithé, a contribution to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or to the Ste-Thérèse d’Avila parish would be appreciated.
