Camille Richard, 91, of Moncton, passed away on Sunday, December 23, 2018 at the Dr. Georges-L.-Dumont UHC. Born on October 18, 1927 in Belliveau-Village, he was the son of the late Albert and Délina (Bourgeois) Richard.
Prior to his retirement, Camille was a firefighter with the city of Moncton.
He is survived by his special friend, Clarice Arseneau; his son, Bernard (Lise Briard); one granddaughter, Karelle Richard (Jesse Henwood); two great granddaughters: Lilya and Maya Henwood; five sisters: Rita Gaudet (Late Aurèle), Eugénie LeBlanc (Late Thomas), Marie-Louise (Late Zoël), Thérèse LeBlanc (Late Ernest) and Délina Gaudet ( Eddie); and by several nieces and nephews.
Besides his parents, he was predeceased by two daughters: Gisèle Richard-Dallaire and Maureen Richard; one sister, Rosalie Belliveau; two brothers: Antoine and Gérard.
The family will receive condolences at Frenette Funeral and Cremation Centre, 88 Church Street, Moncton (858-1900) on Thursday December 27, 2018 from 2 pm to 4 pm and 7 pm to 9 pm ONLY. The funeral mass will be celebrated at Christ-Roi R.C. Church, 300 Dominion Street, Moncton, on Friday December 28, 2018 at 11 am. Interment will be in Our Lady of Calvary, Dieppe.
