Michael Hendrickson, 63, of Pointe-du-Chêne, passed away on Sunday February 9, 2020 at the Moncton Hospital. Born in Pointe-du-Chêne, he was the son of the late Earl and Dolly Hendrickson.
Michael was a crane operator, fisherman and worked on building the Confederation Bridge. He loved working with his hands and building furniture for his grandchildren.
He will be sadly missed by his wife of 13 years, Marie; three daughters: Shasta (Brian Windchester), Shalanne (Chris Miller) all of PEI and Shaeley Childs of NFLD; three stepdaughters: Tanya Bernard (Peter) of PEI, Tabatha Levine (Jason Mackinnon) and Tiffanie Levine all of Saint-John; two sisters: Linda (Donald Brun) and Ginger (Ronald Gallant) all of Pointe-du-Chêne; eight grandchildren: Sydnee, Kalem, Aden, Hunter, Rhianna, Munro, Pryce and Audrina; two former wives: Donna Clouston and Betty-Anne Childs; as well as many nieces and nephews.
Besides his parents, he was predeceased by his siblings: Earl Jr., Dianne, Wanita, Andy, Johnny and Bonnie.
The family will receive condolences at Frenette Funeral and Cremation Centre, 396 Main Street, Shediac from where the funeral service will be celebrated on Friday February 14 at 3 pm. Visiting hours are Friday from 1 pm until time of funeral. Interment will be in Greenwood Drive cemetery, Shediac.
