It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our dear mother, Gisèle Fournier, on April 16th, 2020 at the Dr. Georges-L.-Dumont University Hospital Centre in Moncton, NB, at the age of 82.

She will be dearly missed by her loving children: Louis (Coco) of Dartmouth, NS, Pierre "Fernie" (Josée Lord) of Dieppe, Anne (Jean-Marc Surette) and France of Moncton. She was the proud grandmother of Alexandre, Dominique, Noah and Simon. She also leaves to mourn her sisters: Marthe MacFarlane (David) and Alice Bouchard of Edmundston; her brothers: George Bouchard (Florence) of Dieppe and Claude Bouchard (Judy) of Edmundston; her sisters-in-law: Jeannette Poitras of Edmundston and Madeleine Hinse of Montréal, QC; her brother-in-law, Gilles Fournier of Pohénégamook, QC; her nieces, nephews as well as many lifelong friends.

She was predeceased by her husband, Jean Fournier in 1997; her parents, Napoléon and Béatrice Bouchard, and her sister, Pauline Lang.

Gisèle lived her life in spectacular fashion. Her children and family were a great source of joy as she surrounded them with love and care. She will be forever loved and missed by her family that brought her enormous happiness as she beamed with pride at their every accomplishment.
