Thérèse Arsenault, 92, of Haute-Aboujagane, passed away on Tuesday April 28, 2020 at the Dr. Georges-L.-Dumont UHC.
Born in St-André, she was the daughter of the late Thaddée and Prémilia (Babineau) Goguen.
She is survived by her two daughters: Dorine Turcotte (late Maurice) of Grand-Sault, and Odette Landry (Médard) of Memramcook Est; her two sons: Jean Guy (Lucille) and Ronald (Ginette), all of Haute-Aboujagane; her three sisters: Aline Olivier of Alberta, Jeannine LeBlanc of St-André-LeBlanc, and Loretta LeBlanc (Clarence) of Robichaud; her three brothers: Valmond (Florine), Léonard (Camilla) all of Cap-Pelé and Roméo (Irène), of St-André-LeBlanc; her eight grandchildren: Kim, Tina, Sammy, Jolyne, Mélanie, Sébastien, Shawn, and Amy; her eight great-grandchildren: Connor, Sydney, Emma, Makayla, Émilie, Jacob, Louka, and Adryan; as well as several nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by her first husband, Valerie Cormier (1952) and her second husband,Victor Arsenault (1995); and two sisters: Lorraine Durepos and Irène Bourque.
In light of the current Coronavirus pandemic and at the request of the family, the funeral service will be held at a later date.
In memory of Thérèse, a contribution to the CHU Dumont Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
