Normand à Jeff Bourque
Normand à Jeff Bourque, 91, of Shediac passed peacefully away on Tuesday, June 9th, 2020 at the Villa Providence. Born in Shediac, he was the son of the late Jeffrey and Régina (Poirier) Bourque.
Before his retirement, he was a self-employed truck driver. He was known as being a legend in his own kind, a hard worker with a big heart. He played Sudoku till his last days. Normand à Jeff loved to tease people which he did until his last hour.
He is survived by his four children: Terrence (late Debbie) of Dieppe, Joanne (Marty Arseneault) of Fredericton, Diane Fougère (Paul-Émile Saulnier) of Shediac and Jacqueline "Jackie" (Léo-Paul Boudreau) of Cormier-Village; five grandchildren: Brigitte, Jason, Justin, Kyle, Geoff and two great grandchildren: Danika and Zack.
He was predeceased by his spouse, Thérèse, née Ouellette (1993); two sisters: Bernadette and Denise; two brothers: Yvon and Léonce; stepsister, Lillianne and two stepbrothers: Edgar and Léandre.
A private funeral mass will be held at the St-Joseph R. C. Church. The funeral video will be available at the end of day on Saturday. Interment will be in St. Joseph R. C. Cemetery, Shediac.
In memory of Normand à Jeff, a contribution to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or to a charity of the donor’s choice would be appreciated.
