Georgette Raymond

Georgette Raymond, 70, of Riverview, passed away on Friday February 5, 2021 at the Dr. Georges-L.-Dumont UHC. Born in Campbellton, she was the daughter of the late Victor and Annette (Thériault) Raymond.

Georgette was a teacher for over 30 years.

She is survived by one sister, Gisèle Bouhamdani (Mustapha) of Moncton; one brother, Maurice of Moncton; three nieces: Nadia, Gisèle Saucier and Elisa; five nephews: Kamil, Thibault, Hélinant, Sylvain and René; as well as her long-time special friend, Gisèle Brault.

Besides her parents, she was predeceased by two sisters: Murielle and Claudette; and one brother, Claude.

The family will receive condolences on Friday February 12 from 2 to 5 pm at Frenette Funeral and Cremation Centre, 88 Church Street, Moncton (858-1900) from where a private funeral service will be celebrated. Interment will be in Notre-Dame-du-Sacré-Cœur parish cemetery in Val-d’Amour. In memory of Georgette, a contribution to the Greater Moncton SPCA would be appreciated. Funeral arrangements are in the professional care of Frenette Funeral and Cremation Centre, Moncton (858-1900).
