Bernard Cormier, 58, of Bas Cap-Pelé passed away surrounded by his loving family on Saturday May 5th, 2018 at the Dr. Georges-L-Dumont University Hospital Center. Born in Shediac November 12th, 1959 he was the son of the late Henri and Archangela (Landry) Cormier.
A family man at heart Bernard enjoyed music, playing bingo, was a hockey fan and especially liked to tease family and friends.
He is survived by his loving wife Denise (Robichaud); two daughters: Crystal Cormier (Monica Durelle), Melissa Cormier (Nathalie LeBlanc); brothers and sisters: Gérard (Marguerite), Yvon (Aline) Gisèle LeBlanc (late Léo-Paul), Aurella LeBlanc (Joey), Jean-Marie (Camilla), Rosanna LeBlanc (Ronald), Danny (Denise), Réjean (Justine) and by several nieces and nephews.
Bernard was predeceased by an infant brother.
The family will receive condolences at Frenette Funeral and Cremation Center 2642 Acadie Road, Cap-Pelé (577-3297). Visiting hours on Tuesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm, on Wednesday 9:30 a.m until time of departure at 10: 20 am. The funeral mass will be celebrated at Ste-Thérèse-d’Avila R. C. church, 2648 Acadie Road, Cap-Pelé on Wednesday May 9th, at 10:30 am.
