Serge Boudreau, 59, of Shediac, passed away peacefully at the Dr. Georges-L. Dumont UHC on Thursday, May 23, 2024, surrounded by his loving family. Born in Moncton, he was the son of the late Edouard and Florine (Cormier) Boudreau.

He was a carpenter. He loved spending time with his family, fishing, hunting and was very proud of his grandchildren.

Serge is survived by his wife Suzanne; his two children: Christine (David) and Sébastien all of Dieppe; his brothers and sisters: Roméo (Monette), Murielle Boudreau-Babineau (Danny), and Nicole Boudreau (Russell) all of Boudreau Ouest and Frank (Brenda) of Dieppe, his sister-in-law, Charline Melanson; his two grandchildren: Nataniel and Adelle, also many nieces and nephews.

He was predeceased by his parents and his brother, Fernand.

The family will receive condolences at Frenette Funeral and Cremation Centre, 396 Main Street, Shediac from where a chapel service will be held on Tuesday, May 28 at 11 am. Visiting hours are on Monday, May 27 from 7 pm to 9 pm and on Tuesday, May 28 from 9 am 10:45 am. In memory of Serge, a donation to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or to the Pépère Boîte à Lunch would be appreciated.

Cremation and funeral arrangements are under the direction of Frenette Funeral and Cremation Centre, Shediac (506-532-3297).
