In 2021,
Jacques retired from a lifelong career as a truck driver, marking over
40 years and millions of kilometres of accident-free driving for
various companies. He played junior hockey for the Kitchener Rangers
and Kingston Canadians of the Ontario Hockey League, as well as senior
hockey for the Grand Falls-Windsor Cataracts in Newfoundland and
Labrador. Jacques had a passion for travelling and the outdoors,
