At her home in Shediac, on Friday, December 6, 2024, at the age of 45, Carole Doiron passed away peacefully after a courageous battle against cancer since 2009.

Carole was the beloved wife of Manuel Doiron,  devoted mother to her son Miguel Duguay, loving  stepmother to Annie Doiron (Daniel Benny) of Grand-Barachois and Josée Richard (Luc) of Nova Scotia, and  cherished step-grandmother to her  five grandchildren: Nathan, Jayson, Noah, Owen and Chloé.

She also leaves to mourn her parents Louis and Diane (Richard) Arseneault, her brother Marc, her nephews Hunter and Abel of Moncton, her son  Miguel’s father, Rejean Duguay  and paternal  grandmother, Lorette Duguay of Cap-Pelé.

Carole touched the lives of many people with her joy of life, her contagious laughter, her big heart and especially her fighting spirit. She will be deeply missed by her large family in Rogersville, her in-laws and her friends.

The family would like to thank the staff of the oncology center at the Moncton Hospital, especially Dr. Charest and Dr. Ironside, and the extra-mural nurses who provided exceptional care to Carole.

The funeral will be held at the Frenette Funeral Home and Cremation Centre chapel, 396 Main Street, Shediac, on Wednesday, December 11, 2024 at 4 pm. Visiting hours will be from 2 pm until the time of the funeral. Carole will rest in the columbarium of the Frenette Funeral Home and Cremation Centre in Shediac.

In memory of Carole, a GoFundMe has been established to support the family, or a contribution to the Friends of the Moncton Hospital (oncology) would be appreciated.

The funeral will be live streamed. You can watch it and leave condolence messages by consulting Carole's obituary on the website www.frenettefuneralhome.com.
