Raymond D. Cormier, 77, of Grand-Barachois, passed away on Thursday, March 27, 2025, at Dr. Georges-L.-Dumont UHC, Moncton. Born in Barachois, he was the son of the Gérard and Huberte (Gagnon) Cormier.
He is survived by his wife, Rolande (Babineau) Cormier of Grand-Barachois, his children, Gilles (Brenda), Diane Cormier-Dupuis (Gilles) and Mike all of Grand-Barachois; his siblings, Edgar, Jeannette Vautour (Pat) all of Grand Barachois, Norbert (late Anne-Marie) of Dieppe, Yvon (Rosella) of Cap-Pelé and Gaspard (late Claudette) of Dieppe; his grandchildren, Brian (McKenzie) and Nathalie Gauvin; his great grandchildren, Caden, Maddex and Ezmai; as well as many sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces and nephews.
The family will receive condolences at Frenette Funeral and Cremation Centre, 396 Main Street, Shediac (506-532-3297) from where the funeral will be celebrated on Tuesday, April 1, 2025, at 3 pm. Visiting hours are Tuesday, April 1, 2025, from 1pm to 2:45 pm. Interment will be held in the Columbarium at Frenette Funeral Centre.
In memory of Raymond, a contribution to the Hospice SENB Albert House would be appreciated.
