Aline Cormier, 90, of Shediac passed away on Monday April 14, 2025, at the Dr. Georges-L.-Dumont UHC, Moncton. Born in Shediac, she was the daughter of the late Alphée and Béatrice (Gallant) Fougère.

She leaves to mourn her children; Béatrice Parlee (late Wade), Regina Mathews (late Jack), Sarah Cormier (late Roger), Jeannette Cormier (Eric), Yvette Cormier (Mike Léger) all of Shediac and Jeannita Cormier (Mike) of Lakeville. She also leaves behind her grandchildren; Jamie, Tammy, Jessica, Joey, Terry, Stéphane, Michael, Cheryl, Jessy, Jordan and 10 great grandchildren. She is survived by a sister Regina Fougère of Montreal Qc and a half-sister Marie Fougère of Moncton.

Besides her parents she was predeceased by her husband Amedée Cormier (2012): her infant son Omer, her two sons: William (1971), Roland (1977), a grandson Terrence (1977) and her sister, Yvonne Fougère.

The family will receive condolences at Frenette Funeral Centre, 396 Main Street, Shediac (506-532-3297) on Monday, April 21, 2025, from 1 to 2:45 pm. The funeral mass will be celebrated at St-Joseph R.C. Church, 415 Main Street, Shediac on Monday, April 21, 2025, at 3:00 pm.
